You agree to follow the following terms and conditions when using our book writing services. These words are meant to provide a clear, polite working relationship and help the client and service provider define their rights and obligations.
REVISION POLICY
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Once initial design concepts are approved or changes are requested, any deposited funds for a project will not be eligible for a refund after delivery. This policy stands unless American Book Studios™ cancels or terminates your Contract for reasons unrelated to your breach or non-performance.
It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policies in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the American Book Studios™ Policies. We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under:
American Book Studios™ offers a 100% Refund on all its services, however, it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.
American Book Studios ™ Refund Policy will be Void if:
- You have chosen a special or a custom package.
- You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts
- The customer has not been contacted or irresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice.
- If the project is placed on hold upon customer request, the refund will be voided.
- Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
- The creative brief is lacking in required information from the client end.
- The business is closing or changing its name or business.
- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with a partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service provided will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
- Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any services), the refund will not be applicable.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
When initial concepts for a website are offered, a request can be made. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer becomes void, and refund requests will not be entertained.
If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, you would be eligible for a Full Refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
If a refund request is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
If a refund request is made between 48-120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of the initial design delivery. However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you’re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
No refund request will be entertained if no action has been taken on your order for 30 days after placing it. However, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
For website packages, no refund will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.
For video animation packages, no refund request will be entertained after the designing of the storyboard.
All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. American Book Studios™, based on the violation of your user agreement, reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case-to-case basis.
For American Book Studios™/ Custom packages, the refund will be applicable the same as it is for the single packages.
For example, if you order website and web design service and approve the website, you can claim a refund for the website service at the time of initial design only.
A refund request will need to have a valid reason, which must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given; however, further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.
The money-back guarantee is based on the order being placed in good faith. Where a customer has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the same job with the intention to claim a refund, we do not consider it in good faith. In such a case, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
All design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design; therefore, it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback to get the desired results.
The 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if our designed website is found to be considerably similar to another website design that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing design will be merely a coincidence, and American Book Studios™ will not accept any responsibility or claim any compensation in such a case. It is the client’s responsibility to verify their artwork.

The My Account area serves as a convenient means of communication. It is solely your responsibility to regularly check the account area to address any queries, concerns, or provide additional instructions required by the designer. Failure to check or utilize the Account Area frequently does not provide adequate grounds for a refund. However, if you are unsure how to use the area, you may contact the customer support team at any time for assistance.

Domain and Hosting
Domain and hosting will be included for free with website packages, where applicable.
Email accounts provided with website packages can be configured on third-party email software such as Outlook. Each email account will have 10MB of space.
If you choose not to host your website with us, email accounts will not be provided.
Refunds are not applicable for hosting, domain, or email server packages.
Delivery Policy
All design order files are delivered to your “My Account” area as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation.” Additionally, an email is sent to inform you about the delivery of your design order to your specific account area. Please note that all policies regarding revisions and refunds are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to your account area.
We deliver all customized design orders via email within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order. However, if you require expedited service, we offer a RUSH DELIVERY option. With this service, you can receive your first website samples within 48 hours by paying just $100 extra!

Exclusions
The Company will assist the Client with the integration of 3rd party plugins and APIs, but any third-party integration required to assist with the functionality of the website will be STRICTLY standard. The Company will not be involved in any third-party dealings during the development of this project. All additional work will require a separate fee agreement.
